Samsung D900i - 'Creaky' slider

I've recently picked up a Samsung D900i. It's great, but there is one little niggle that ruins the experience of using the phone. When the slider is closed, the left side of the handset creaks and moves slightly when light pressure is applied. This does not happen on the right side of the phone.

At first this was pretty unnoticeable (only a tiny bit at the bottom of the left edge creaked). But it steadily become worse and now almost the entire left side creaks when you press it slightly. Again, this is not happening on the right side.

When I open the device, there is now a tiny bit of movement again on the left side. But not nearly as bad as when closed.

It is difficult to put into words the problem, so please watch this YouTube video (http://youtube.com/watch?v=3VLuNFK0ppI) and you'll see what I mean. I did not make the video, and I think that my slider isn't quite as creaky as the one shown in the video... yet. My fear is that it'll get worse and worse.

So tell me, is this a problem with the D900/D900i in general, or have I just been unlucky? Also, will this be accepted as a 'faulty' handset if I try and take it back to CPW (under their 28 day faulty guarantee) or take it to Samsung under warranty?

Or if you think I'm being too picky, please tell me. I kind of hope that I am.

Your too picky, mine and 2 others i have seen are exactly the same ,
it's just a natural degree of flex between the componants IMO.
