Hi. I've moved to Japan and am happily using my LU8138 on Vodafone Japan for calls and SMS but I can't seem to find the information I need to set up internet, sms and mms.

There is some useful information about Vodafone Japan settings in the Sharp forum but I run into some troubles when I try to use it.

First is that on the access point setting for password, the password suggested is: qceffknarlurqgb but the LG phone only seems to accept numeric characters in this field.

The second is that there is an internet proxy specified: vfkkwapproxy.vodafone.ne.jp but the LG phone only accepts a numeric IP address. I've tried to resolve the IP address at the Japanese whois site but can't seem to get it to spit out the info.

Has anyone used the LU8138 on Vodafone Japan and have the correct settings?
