Exclamation MyPhoneExplorer cant identify my phone !!!!!!!

About a week ago MyPhoneExplorer was happily connecting to my phone, however with not eventful things happening to my phone / pc / MyPhoneExplorer it seems that i can no longer use MyPhoneExplorer. An error message comes up which reads 'Error Tellephone Could Not Be Identified'. Please can you help me with this problem asap i have a feeling that it is to do with the phone though (its a k700i). Many thanks k700i

I believe you are using a different usb port. In FILE>OPTIONS you can choose which port to use I am sure you will find your phone there somewhere.
