I just came across the UA Profile for the i8320.

It's now made manifest that this device is running Linux (LiMo).
According to the UAP, the i8320 has OMAP3430 ARM Cortex-A8 CPU and 800x480 screen.
What's interesting is that it says that the web browser is Opera 9.6.

Edit - another linux device i6410 has UAP, too - with WQVGA screen and ARM11 CPU the same one as in Omnia2 and Jet.
