handheld comps

i was wondering if there is a hanheld computer outthere, that has the proper internet so you can look up full web pages like this one. when are they gonna make hanheld pcs that can play dvds and cd games? i want a handheld pc that can:
- play 3d games to the quality of a ps2
- has a phone built in with video conferenceing
- video recorder, at least 2 hours of recording
- tv built in
- dvd player and recorder
- radio
- mp3/cd music player
- voice recorder
- ubgradable software
- and a quality camera with flash
or basically a normal desktop that is the same size as the p900 or possibly smaller?

your answer is XDA II from Qtek.
that is a best pda phone with windowsmobile OS. and best UIQ phone is P900.
no phone available yet that can playing back DVD now you want DVD recorder too :-/ ,and support CD ROM. r u juking :D ?
