what is the fastest speed u have driven? i have gone up to 120km/h.
i wanted to go faster but my dad and bro did not let...(cause i do not have license yet)
what is yours?
Well I dont remember the exact number but definitely above 300km/h.

mine is only 190 with old honda accord (1998model)? the fastest ive gone with pajero is 160+..
280 KM/H last week in a Audi RS6 tuned by MTM with 670 hp and 30 minutes later in an Audi R8 R tuned by MTM with 580 hp...:rotate::rotate::rotate:

thats too much:) x2 of mine.. wheeww.. i cant imagine myself driving at that speed and i think there no street/highways here where i can reach that speed... maybe airport runway, LOL...
We have Germany!! Unlimited speeds on the Autobahn.... LOVE IT :rotate:

200 Km/H with my Merc 230 CE (1993model)
old drivers in my country say:
from 0 to 80 km/h the car is yours(in control), from 80 to 120 km/h you have and don't have the control, 120 and behind the car is not more yours, you are illuded that you control the car but in reality you are not.
for my experience i agree and don't recommend more than ~120 km/h

Heh, yeah well the ZZR1100 was capable of 300 genuine km/h and the speedometer read 285 when i looked, which wasn't for very long, since at that speed, it feels like the cars on the freeway come backing at you at 150 km/h and the lamp-posts become a picket fence ;)

i can reach that speed on certain tracks (long straight highways)where i dont have to fucos on steering, just the pedals and my shifting...

With modded Corvette I once gone with 446km/h, in NFS Most Wanted (PSP) though. :p

I have done 250 km/h according to my speedometer but "only" 243 according to my GPS with my Audi A6 on Autobahn :)
i trust the speedo more. Especially the digital. Once the gps showed my bro doing 340km/h while the actual speed is 200km/h

but my bro take corner at high speed, like 170,180.. but of course the angle is big...
Speedos are very optimistic like 9 times/ten..
I have passed a police radar doing an indicated 130 km/h where speed limit was 110, no reaction from our man in blue.. has also happened once in town where i was doing 65 according to speedo.
Had it calibrated once in a car i had and as far as i can remember it was reasonably accurate at low speeds just to get more and more out of whack, the higher the speed.
I remember review i read about the Kawa ZZR1100 it had a radar measuered top speed of 306 km/h and the speedo indicated 320.
Also generally bikes speedos *for some reason* are more accurate than cars.
Read spec sheet and/or tests of your own car(s) does your top speed seem reasonable in comparison? I have heard so many stories of Beemer and Audi owners claiming ridiculous top speeds, and also stories of how bikes (with top speed lower than their car) just "flying" past them :)

Iqtidar, bring your car to Sepang or Pasir Gudang. You can test it there. Much safer than on the road with so many people with different set of experience and reflect.
I was once drove my modified car with spedo topped at 220km but the the car was still went faster till the spedometer went toiiing. So I couldnt really tell how fast :p
iqtidar of course, it's possible with big angles... it depends which car too...

200 km/h.. didnt want to go faster as I only had my license for 2 years back then.. gotta try out more know on the highway when I have the chance, should be able to go 230 km/h with my fatherīs audi a4.. :)
I could have possibly gone to the maximum electronically limited speed of 250km/h in that video, if I had had a better road with a bit less cars around...

Yes but its worth it. You cannot put your safety over money, can you ;)
Sepang main track is a lot more ex than pasir gudang johor. If not mistaken it is about 12K for 3 hour slots while 4K at p.gudang. The trick is not to go alone, but rather join the nearest club that often patronizing the track to share the cost. Sometimes as low as 50 only.
Otherwise you can give them a call, or go when it is not booked. If you asked them nicely, they will probably give you a chance or two spin for free ;)

that is expensive like hell... 12k for 3 hours... im just 17 u know..
:lol: 12K is when you book the F1 circuit by yourself for your own use for a solid 3 hours with no one else :lol:
You didnt read my reply properly. I said there are ways to "beat" it. One by going off-hours, or join the people who book the circuit like car clubs etc. Go have a look on weekends, plenty of hobbyist there and you can ask around. Otherwise go Johor P.gudang ;)

Driving is about experience. The more, with various challanges, the better. I suggest you to ask around first ;)

law is strict here... i drive only short distances and i must be very careful..
according to law, im eligable for a driver's license but my dad said i have to wait till my major exam is over which is in dec.

250km/h from a Volvo S60 2.5T. I want max it to 260km/h, seems it's limited to 250km/h.. fast enough in Sweden.. :jump:

I got my girlfriends dad's M3 to the electronically limited speed of 250km/h. The fastest I've gone in my 330i is 220km/h.
I wasn't even scared, I even felt safe driving at those speeds.

Hi all,
Well the fastest i have ever driven on the road was in a friends fully race prepared De Tomaso Mangusta at a truly insane 180mph which is just shy of 290kmh. Whilst it was exhilarating it was also equally frightening and not something i ever repeated, but he wanted to see if his recently converted to Vantage Spec Aston Martin V8 could keep up with it or not and it didn't.
Although i often drove a Mercedes S600 V12 @ 140-150mph which is 225-241kmh but that was only on Motorways as the Merc is a very heavy car and at that speed you need time and space to line up bends to still be safe.

I am sure it could, but I just felt much safer & in control in the M3.
The handling in the M3 is the best I have ever seen. I love the feel of the steering. Whenever I get into my 4Runner, I hate that artificial power steering.
