Hi help please

I dunno if this is the right place or not but i may as well ask. I am looking to get a new music player but i dont know out of the ipod (40 gb) the sony network player or the top of the range sony mini disk player
please help any help is good

in my opineon is the I-pod the perfect MP3 player, but the cost is very high...
the big minus for a Mini disk player is off course it can hold 30 to 1 hour of music, and the ipod is good for 3000 song and more...
i'll go for the ipod...
the sony network player i don't know it...
