We all love mobile phones over here, and most people prefer a brand (like SE, Nokia, Panasonic, Samsung, LG, etc...) but there are more products in this world than a mobile phone. Do you have your favorite brand of other products, like computers, auto, drinks, television, even digital camera's, clothing etc and what is your favorite object that you have....

I'll start;

my favorite brand for mobile phone is Nokia,
for television and video/dvd i like the german Loewe, nice looking and good quality and not so expancive then B&o. For sound i choice B&w, the quality is fantastic, as wel for music as wel for Home Cinema...
My car at this moment is a Ford Mondeo, but my favorite one is the Lotus Elise I and the new V12 Vanquish, but cost to much.
For computers i like most Apple, because they are innovating, like the Ipod.
My favorite drink is Coca-cola, Lipton Ice tea and Bolanger, just to good...
for clothing i have no favorite brand, just look what is nice...
Camera, printer and stuff i prefer Canon.
For the rest, brands doesn't matter a lot...

I can say I prefer Sony Ericsson and Samsung regarding mobile phones.
For television I prefer Pioneer Plasma screen.
Denon for Home sound systems.
German cars like Porsche and Mercedes-benz are my favorite car brands but I own an Audi A6 2.4 which is good enough for me.
Computers? I use DELL.
I usually drink Pepsi and I prefer it instead of Coca-Cola.
I love the sophisticated style so for me Hugo Boss and Ralph Lauren are my favourites and I also wear this kind of clothes.
Canon was once superior any brands but now, they are just better than the rest so still Canon is my favourite brand for digital cams.
The best Airline in the world is Singapore Airlines which also is my favourite but I also like Malaysian Airlines.
New York, Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur, Paris and Barcelona are cities I like very much.

For Pda's only Toshiba, I love it.
I party too much to think about driving a car, but I might have to get one sometime. Ah what the heck, give me the new SLK...
I am surprisingly not into laptops, but I love NEC/Sharp monitors...
Pepsi Max is my favorite normal drink, all Belgian beer is amazing, the rest of the world should learn from this. Russian Standard(Mendeleev's Vodka ingredients) my favorite liquor by far.
I usually wear snowboarding clothes like O'neill and Quiksilver, even my mobile phone strap is Quicksilver. I wear professional climate shoes such as Lowa... After all the climatic changes in my travelling these shoes survive everywhere.
Sony rules all cameras.
McKinley, you noticed the Singapore Airlines link on my website? I am obsessed with them also, and I flew Malaysian Airlines for a decade.
Best cities? Dubai, Bruges, Leuven, Amsterdam, Cologne....

I know this isn't part of the question, but I hate Paris so much. And yet I am going next week on another trip for the 40th time, someone shoot me.

holden is my favorite car maker but i love many cars such as suzuki GTI XR8 old school lowriding cadillacs (the best style in the world) skylines and 200SX's and probably one of my favorite cars of all time the mazda RX3 coupe running a 13B with any turbo and it will blow away any ferarri or other street registered car out there.

i also like bikes mainly high performance 2 strokes such as YZ250 and CR250 but im happy with my YZ125,also the fastest bike in the world the hayabusa GSX-R 1300 very nice,also i like ducati coz they have so much style

i prefer a mac over a PC any day as PC's really r that hard 2 use.

car audio i definatly prefer alpine as they r the best in the world

beer u cant go past a crown lager and hollandia i german beer i think.the worst beer u will ever taste is VB and heineken.liquid shit

i dont really care about home appliances or computer accessories every brand has they good and bad points i think

ive only ever been to america and canada so i dont know much about cities and airlines

i wear wateva looks good and wats stylish.

favorite music would be techno but i listen 2 hard rock,punk,rap,hip-hop and all variations of techno such as trance,house,NRG etc.favorite band would be blink 182.

cars-i think i very conservative as i think is a very good car, a german car.dont like american sports as vyper or corvet(much torque,but usually a 3 valve or somtin).dont like much japanese cars(i think there isnt something
more ugly than the nsx),although the skyline and other nissans are very good.like tvr-good prize,cool design(something like nokia in auto).Talkin about formula 1 i will be with ferrari forever.forza shumi!!!!!

computers-i hate PCs and all microsoft related thing.I am a hard mac user and i think there isnt something better than the mac os x v10.3 panther(just upgraded it!).windows xp is still going far away.i really like the new imac and its ultracompact design,although i think its kinna expensive.

eletronics-i like sony,although philips are very good in many things as well

i prefer playstation compared with xbox and ngc.you cant get a console that doesnt have gran turismo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!favorite game-gran turismo and mgs2:substance

tennis is my favorite sport and there is no doubt:best:head;my favorite:fischer.

sports brands.i hate nike and love reebok(especially the british flag details.although a prefer t shirt with frases such as:A BETTER WORLD IS POSSIBLE from setem(waiting for this years collection) and other things vs hunger and poor.

favorite country:no doubt,i love uk and the british flag.

best group:definitely linkin park,although i like all type of american and english music,but i dont like spanish music(strange huh)

and i hate yankis lifestyle(the gun under the pilow

For mobiles it's Siemens Mobile, Samsung and Panasonic.

My favourite airline is QANTAS, they are simply the most enjoyable airline to fly with. Thai Airways(for the food) and Air France are my other favourites.
Personally I dislike Singapore Airlines, they are very overrated and too profit-oriented nowadays IMHO, although I am a Krisflyer.;)

For digital cameras it has to be Canon.

My favourite car makes are Audi, Maserati and Aston Martin

For clothes it's Dolce&Gabbana and Tommi Hilfiger.

Favourite cities? Osaka, Vienna, Munich and Melbourne spring to mind.:)

For music, I listen to anything soul.:)

for mp3, i love apple, but for cdp-mp3 i love iriver

air lines i love singapore airline, except the food...
favorite city is New York, Seoul, Tokyo, hmm and paris. (i like many european historic sites, btw...)
for music... i loooove Aqua... makes me feel so happy:D


yeah,,, i think MAC's are really good except for that not many people use it, and not many softwares are available for mac. i used to have one, and i think it was a gooood choice. bb

i think u will love samsung note book if u like mac note book. they look alike, and very thin with superior speed.
the one below is samsung x10 the cheapest model from samsung centrino series. it is around 2500$~3000$.

u will see that sony z1wa (the best product in centrino from sony) is alot inferior in every spec and size with similar price. The cheapest centrino notebook from samsung= the most expansive centrino notebook from any other companies :D:D

The processor is the best of all mobile processors, not even AMD with their Athlon is comparable here.
Pentium M @ 1.7GHz is as fast as desktop version of Pentium 4 2.4GHz
The graphic card sucks big time though

McKinley yeah. it is the best mobile processor. the speed as actually faster than pentium 4 2.4Ghz. 1.6 centrino is as fast as 2.4 gig. u know, centrino has larger L2 cash, which makes the speed even faster than normal mobile cpu's. and ATI radeon is the best graphic processor :D The reason is simply because geforce has too much heat capacity to put into notebooks. however, this geforce 4 go is for mobility. in 3d graphic, geforce is the king of all, as in desktop it is the best. the best sony product in centrino only has ati radeon 16mb. comparing to samsung's x10 (the cheapest centrino coming out from samsung) is 64Mb in geforce. this is just amazing:D
even the samsung 15inch is the thinest in the world.

it is not my answer but apple is certainly a good computer. i think they have the best, but unfortunately compatibility is another problem. not many softwares apply to apple. they do have thin ones, but if the software i want to use (especially games) what should i do? emulator for pc from apple macs are not that good enough to hold it. and the graphic processor in samsung is better and the screen is alot better in samsung with the world's most reknown d-ram inside notebook. (samsung makes 40% of world d-ram. )
and remember, the one i showed is not the best samsung centrino. there are X10 series(thinest and lightest note book in the world with combo-cd/dvd in 14inch) X5 series (as thin as several mm without combo player) X15 series (thinest and lightest in 15inch and 15.7inch) X30 (extremely good performance at thinest notebook) all samsung X series are the thinest in the world, as it was claimed by samsung. of course there are teblet pc's and pda's which is thiner than this. but quality wise, samsung makes the best notebook with LG-IBM's X-note for pc-notebooks. But apple is of course goooooooood for non-pc's and for specialties in graphic or 3D experts.

wow people,what a mac vs pc discussion here!
I LOVE macs ,as they are beautifull,fast enough(the g4 is perfect for me)and with the mac os x along is absolutely precious!!i have the last mac os x(v10.3 panther)and its really lot more better than xp(the one who has tryied it knows:)).i hope i get a ibookg4(1ghz g4(a 800 Mhz g4 is lot more fast in ocasions compared to the 900 Mhz!),dvd/cd r and 640 ram(ill upgrade it from 226 mgb).
the new ibook is one of the best note boook of apple ever.and its has an excellent prize/quality rate!!!!!!! che ck it out in apple.com/ibook

No it is not only because of larger L2 that make Pentium M faster. There are more things that matters in here.
Intel Pentium 4E (Prescott) for instance is not faster than its predecessor which only has 512kb L2 cache.
I wish intel could make 3.0GHz Pentium M processors for desktop market, that would kill everything.
Regarding graphic cards, for now ATi RADEON XT is the best graphic solution for gaming purposes whereas nVidia Quadro is by far the best for advance 3D applications. ATi Fire GL is virtually the same as RADEON with just slightly changes.
Anyway, normal games uses as most 100k polygons which is very much to draw for todays top graphic cards but next generation nVidia graphic process unit is capable to draw 6 million polygons which is seriously much more than we can expect from ATis next generation graphic process unit which is code named as R420 and it is nothing more than an upgraded version of R360 with 12 pipelines which is very bad for next generation.
