Ok Touch Cruise has a better battery and is lighter, but Tytnn 11 has a qwerty keyboard.

Which one is better though and why?

I either continue with Vodafone, with a free upgrade to Tytnn 11 or change network to 02 and get the Touch Cruise (as Vodafone does not have Touch Cruise)?

Your thoughts and explanations are appreciated.

I would go for Touch Cruise, but that's because I'm perfectly fine typing on an on-screen keypad. It's really down to if you're needing a full hardware qwerty keyboard or not.

Choice is between keyboard and size.
I have a Cruise because I don't really need a keyboard.
And as my friend MTM said, virtual keyboard is easy to use.
Of course, if you are a Pocket Word's power user, you'd better buy a Kaiser.
But, if it's more important for you to have a smaller and lighter phone , buy a Cruise.
Regarding the choice between O2 or Vodafone, I can't help you :(

I have just bought myself the HTC 3400. It had good reviews and was really reasonably priced. Now I have all kinds of problems

As I try to set up this phone I get a startup error " your current operator is not supported. You should obtain an update from your device vendor!" When I try and change it to my country only a handul of asian countries are listed! I am sure others have the same problem, is there a way around it. All help welcome.

Next - I have a specific programme which I want to install through the SD card. NO go. The SD card does not show up at all.... nowhere in the memory or anything. what do I do there.

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP. I am really not a device freak so maybe I am just not getting it right!

I have the TyTN II, and nearly all the time I use the Touch on screen keypad I installed. So unless you do loads of emailing I would say the Touch is probably the one to go for ( as I wish I had :( )
