Hi all

Can anyone recomend a nice lightweight bluetooth headset for me - a specs wearer?

I've got a traditional 'hook over the ear' jobby at the moment, and it's not very comfortable to wear at all, as it's obviously affected by the arm of my glasses!!

I saw a guy in a petrol station the other day that had a small earpiece that fitted into the ear itself and after doing a bit of digging, found it was the Samsung WEP200 but after reading one or two negative reviews on it (due to echo/poor mic probs).... I'm wondering if there's a better alternative!

Cheers if you can help ;)

We need to know what you use the Bluetooth headset for. For music, get the Sony Ericsson DS-980 or Motorola S9. For the S9, the only problem is that your voice will sound muffled to the person you are calling with.

Yeah....soz :insane:

Up untill recently, I only just needed it for driving....but I've got a K810i now with a 2gig card and put a load of music on it so it's gonna be a stereo headset now.

The thing is, I was reading the other thread on here re: the stereo setup with a 3.5mm jack, and quite fancy a ds220 as I could use my current CX300's with it......but at nearly 50 quid - it'd warrant being a birthday pressie in March off the 'Mrs'.... :D

However, I tend to leave my b'tooth headset in the car permanently, so I would like a small 'calls only' h'set too as per original request.

Thx

It's better if you try the Bluetooth headsets yourself, because I really can't tell what is right for you. It is very subjective. I think that any Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Jabra or Plantronics Bluetooth headset are fine for you, because you don't really emphasize on anything except for comfort.

Try the Jabba BT3030, it can be very discreet and hidden away and also can be used to play music through your existing headphones

With regards to the comfort of a non-stereo headset - I mean one that doesn't 'loop over the ear' and cause discomfort from the specs arm.

ie) An 'in-ear' one like the wep200....but with better results :)

Thx again
