I have a AD-47W Nokia USB audio adapter that came with my A2DP headset (Nokia BH-500). Anyone knows if i can use the adapter like a normal bluetooth dongle, for data communication to the phone? Maybe with some drivers? Thank you.

As far as I should know, it's a simple Bluetooth USB adaptor - so it should work just fine for everything apart from audio too.

With WinXP SP2, no additional drivers should be needed...

Its listed in device manager as Bluetooth AV/HS Audio device under the sound and video controllers. Dosent show up under Bluetooth devices in control panel. Thats with the driver XP SP2 is installing for it. Its my guess too that its a normal bluetooth dongle and can be used like that with some drivers. If anyone knows what chipset it uses or has some drivers pls let me know. :jump:
