I am on an O2 contract, and I'm having a really hard time finding out how many inclusive minutes/texts I have left.

Does anyone know the number that I would be able to call?

Many thanks!

yeah mate, i had the same problem when i first got my o2 contract and apparently theres no way to find out ur allowance unless u call up customer service (0870 600 3009 UK ONLY) and even then its upto 48hrs behind!!

if theres any other FASTER way... please do let us know :)

Here
http://www.saynoto0870.com
is a list of alternative numbers for 0870 numbers
Type in alternative numbers for the one you have been given, (you might like to try this one 0800 5874715)
Or type in a company and find out the other numbers they use for various departments.

Just discovered this
There is a new method for PAYG customers to find out their remaining texts, data and 'anniversary' date.
By texting BALANCE to 20202 you get a text stating your remaining number of texts and anniversary date.

Hey hey!

Turns out you can view your remaining minutes and texts online (im on one of the O2 Online Pay Monthly Contracts , if that makes any difference). Here's a screenshot of where you need to go:

Home > Recent Charges > Inclusive Allowence

I kept going to My Bill > Inclusive Allowence (makes sense right) and getting pissed off that it didn't show what I had left.
