Ah, finally...now the other manufacturers will have to work hard, to create a £40k car this capable will take some engineering......

i'm glad they ditched the 350z look and came up with something
that looks like the gtr prototype, yet looks so 2008.
it will take some adjusting to call it 'gt-r' instead of 'skyline'
or 'vq38' instead of 'rb26'..
If I`ll ever want to make a suicide, I would make it in this car
After Audi TT, r35 gt-r is my favorite!

V Spec?? Where have you been?? :-/
Z-Tune would be the one to beware of...Sure Killing Technique indeed......
Watch for GT-R at LeMans '08, too...... ;)
(Toyota better hurry up with LF-A, too)

That's how i would spend my £35K :D,
Friend had a Monaro(Holden coupe I called it, much to his annoyance :p ), nice drag machine...but not exactly what I'd call a balanced chassis(which is also why they don't really race them outside of down under)...... :)
Still amazing for a Vauxhall though, 2-door's my 3rd favourite Vaux to date(after VX220 coupe(from the TV ad), and of course Lotus Carlton(simply amazing, to this day)......
(Opel Astra Extreme isn't(unfortunately) a Vauxhall, nor is Manta 400)

i hope someone releases a gt-r nurburgring track video.
i remember driving a friend's lotus carlton. it was a turbeast.:rotate:
i hope someone releases a gt-r nurburgring track video.
With Plasma-coated cylinder bores, I'm hoping they'll crack 1500ps...... :D
Can't see it being long before it sets some performance records around the globe(just like R32 did in '89), and I'm sure Carrera GT's Nordschleife record is in for a serious challenge...I hope Dori Dori will drive it, too......

Audi TTS
Um...
1)Is it supposed to have different pattern wheels on each end??
2) It better be at least 100% better than old TT(S3 is better than that, and that's a hot hatch), still don't think it'll be a patch on GT-R though......

the only problem with european cars are the boring aftermarket companies.
there are exceptions, but costly.
like that twin engined yellow TT that broke down.:)
this car is not called skyline anymore...... it is called nissan GT-R.. i wonder why?
Skyline is now a G chassis(see G35, not the car you'd think it would be), not the R chassis...that was kept for this...... ;)
Too many thought a Skyline GT-S would match GT-R(try both, you'll soon see the difference), so Nissan decided to differentiate the two; now Skyline G35 is flagship prestige coupe, GT-R is flagship sports/racing coupe...makes it easier to distinguish(no more 'I want a Skyline', to then end up without GT-R)......
:)
Me too. My dad had Nissan 300 zx twin turbo- that was a brutal machine!
I can`t imagine how brutal is this one
iqtidar, off-topic :spy: (PM me ;) )
