View Full Version : How can i flash or reset the p990 when the phone doesnt start?

i turned my p990 off and after trying to turn it on again the loadin at the start up hanged and it didnt come up.what should i do now?does we have flashing with 3 keys in SE phones like something we have in nokia phones(3+*+talk button)?
anyother suggestion for me? will my contact numbers be deleted after flashing it?

Yeah, if you reflash the phone, the contacts disappear. ..I'm no expert on that sort of thing, but it could be it's possible to access the filesystem in some way when booting the phone in service mode. Maybe you could pick out some files then, and reflash the phone afterwards? I'm not sure what sort of utility you can use, or if it exists, though, sorry. But I thought it might be there's something out there like there was for the jp phones. ..?
