Help with e250 please

hi, i have a samsung e250 which i wanted unlocking. stupidly i let my mate have a go because he said he could do it. well he did an eeprom reset so now the imei is 00000000000/0. i have the orig number on the box of my phone how can i change it back. need help please

And now the very nice person has just put in #*7337# on my phone now it wont accept any sim card, is there a way to pass this aswell? thank you

No not taken it in yet, can really afford any price to pay to get it fixed, And have been told very few places would do it, Apparently i'd be extremly lucky to find one that does. But i have been told there is software on the net that will let me change it, But i cant find it.

That code isnt supposed to delete the imei no. The problem seems to be specific to E250 and some other new models. Since, theoretically, u havent done anything wrong, u should contact samsung first to see what they suggest.

is there no way to reverse the damage done by the #*7337# number wich makes it unable to operate any simcard?
