8800 sirocco problem

I've got the new 8800 Sirocco just recently and have noticed that the when you make or recieve a phone call, the earpiece audio on the handset is very poor. Almost sounds like the device is loose. When the volume is on 1 it sounds crystal clear, but you can't hear anything outside on volume 1, when it moves onto 4-5, the earpiece starts to rattle, and on 10, it is inaudiable.

Has anyone else has this problem?

Is this a design fault? Or poor craftmanship?

I've had the 8800 original and the audio was perfect, just the poor battery life.

I'd bring it to a service point - that doesn't sound normal. And anyway, for the price of that mobile, they should better fix it without hassles...
