For English? Yes, you can download a Java dictionary for the 6233. Get the Oxford English Mini Dictionary here: http://migs.wordpress.com/2007/06/10/free-java-applications-2/

I'v downloaded the Java dictionary,for your inform after I updated my 6233 software from Nokia website, I'v received both chinese & english dictionary for the phone.

That's great! In my case, the built-in dictionary I have is more like a translator from English words to Chinese symbols and nothing more. This makes it un-useful for me, so I got the Oxford Mini and find much better use for it. =)
