need help on LG5300 software

guys please help... i need a newer version of LG5300 Content blank software... cause it seems that when ever i connect with my data cable.. it always encounter error with my XP window...

i looked for new versions several times, but i couldn't find yet. Are you sure that the problem is software, i dont have any problem

ya i am sure... i try with few of my frens XP pc but dun work...
and i have the feeling that LG is ignoring this phone.. coz it sucks
