Nokia 6288 - help

I need some help with this phone

My battery does not last for long so id like to know how to get longer life out of it. 3g is always on is there an option to turn this off?
The speaker on the phone when it rings is not that loud even when the volume is put at its highest.
I have also bought a 1gb card for this phone - how do i organise it so that my mp3s go in one folder etc.
Also is there any truth that you can get tom tom for this phone??

the 3g option can be turned off
go to settings--->phone--->network mode and choose gsm
about the speaker problem
it depends what melody you set and when you set one in a profile, make sure you set the ringing volume to maximum. otherwise, the firmware may be the problem. you can install a new one. check nokia's site or go to a nokia center.
about the card
go to gallery and click options when the 'card' is highlighted. select add new folder and name it how you want
when you receive a folder, it will be saved in 'received files'. you can move the file to a folder in your card.(or you can choose where to save the file when receiving it)

when i get to network mode i only have one option and thats "dual mode:confused::confused:"

u must change your firm
