Hi there folks,
I recently got myslf an unbranded w950i ...
phone: CXC 162037 R9F011
Organizer : CXC 162088 R6A16
CDA : CDA 162014/2 R6A13
I guess this isn't the latest firmware, and hence wanted to update the phone using SEUS ... so downloaded the app.. and installed it; however, whenever i run it, it says i have an incompatible macromedia version. I have installed flash 9 from the adobe site as well as the shockwave player, but to no avail. I also have installed the SE PC suite for Smartphones, and though I can do synching and file transfers and the like, whenever I have my w950i on normal file tx mode, and click on the "update service" button in the SE PC Suite, it says I don't have the application installed. Strange. (p.s. im using win xp sp2... so dn't think it's any OS compatibility issue)
I was wondering what the problem is. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It'ld also be great if someone could tell me what enhancements have been made in the latest firmware, especially with regards to whether the speaker and earphone volumes have been increased or not...
