My 40 GB PS3 is on its way! I heard it has less "noise" than the 80 GB version?:confused:

It is much quieter then the old 60GB and 80GB models

I have a 60GB and a 40GB model, and where I thought the 60GB was quiet, the 40GB is pretty much-unhearable

Whole family was getting annoyed about 1 person playing on the PS3 so the other couldn't etc

So we bought another to ease the problem :)

It's very difficult to change the hard drives, at least it was on my 60GB, they put the screws in very tight so you have to be careful of striping the nails
