URGENT Need help with W810i

so I just got mine, but when I go to charge it, the charger doesnt fit? its official charger & im putting it in the right place, the black hooks go in but WHATS WITh the 2 Bronze connectors? they dont fit! :(

You probably haven't pressed it firmly, THe Bronze connectors have to go in completely. Press it in a little bit harder in so it fits correctly.

hey mate thanks for reply. But i do not want to break it. apart from the large black hooks there are 2 small bronze connectors on the charger. there is no holes for them. only flat connector cells.

That's where the bronze connectors must be connected. Those 2 small bronze pins must have a physical contact with the flat connector cells (that's were the power goes through). IMO the bronze pins will not broke that easily since it is so small and it has a spring in it if you try pushing on it.

Is this your first Sony Ericsson phone? If you still doubt our words, why not asked an SE salesperson how to do it. :D

oh ok, so the bronze connectors actually pass through the flats?

with the black hooks in and the bronze connectors only 'touching' the flats, it does not have charging indicator.

Can be locked now, i just had to push harder, didnt realise they were on springs. :spy:
