When you guys send text messages to other people, do you have to write the area code in front of every number or is there someway to automatically attach the area code without entering it every time?

depends where you live, here we have to area codes, 604 and 778 and we have to write it for each number that we call or text. But In some places you dont have to write the area Code, only the number. It should depend on your network operator.

Well I use Fido, and it seems that I do have to write the area code each time but my friend who uses SaskTel (local) can just text without the area code all the time.
