Windows 2003 SE programs on Windows 5 smartphone?

Can anyone tell me if my old Windows 2003 SE programs are compatible with a windows 5 smartphone???

Depends strongly if your new phone is going to be a device with QVGA screen, and your old one is 176x220. For Pocket PC, it doesn't matter.
