Hi, i bought the qtek 8310 a month ago.
i found a bug probably: if you have locked keybord (standard situation) and you have incoming call, volume adjusting doesn't work! however, you can see, the volume "earpiece" indicator appears, it slides down and up depending what ('up' or 'down' key) you are pressing, but in fact, volume is not adjusted!!!
You have to unlock the keybor during the calling to be able adjust earpiece volume.
of course, if you initiate call, your keyboard is unlocked :)
so, sometime in noise eviroment you can't hear who is calling you (and it's impossible increase volume) and reversely... in offices like an 'openspace' - at last call you set max volume and then, everybody in openspace can hear who is calling you....
Is there a solution???
thanks,
martin
