No 1.3 cam for the T650 !!

SonyEricsson face another problem,this time with Carl-seiss.
Carl-zeiss produce for lens for SE and Sony,it is posble that SE no 1.3 megapixel cam for the european market.

SonyEricsson have not a agreement for this matter.
Damn this is another dispoint for SE.

as i saw the live pictures of T630... the camera is still dark and death just like T610 after all ...the only imporovement is the 640*480 pictures... which is at least better than nothing...
but i have no clue about T650 .. i really like to see any pics of it...

1.e:hey what do we have do today?
2.e: umm some lenses for the new f828 you know the new 8mp camera with 8x zoom and some lense for t610.
1.e: lenses for t610? that's a hard job let's get to it!

take a look at the car zeiss page and you will see that they do lense for only ALPA, ARRI, Contax, Hasselblad, Rollei and Sony , and do you see Sony Ericsson in here?!!?!?! and that guy was right that se doesn't have an agreement they never had one!!!

They want to earn money and they are producing lenses for products the believe in.

Take a look at the Italian design company Pininfarina.
They have designed everything from Ferraris to Samsung SGH-N400 and Door-handles.

take a look at their website and you will see that it's
very unlikely that carl zeiss would make lenses fore

I personally think this is just like ferrari making motors for fiat but ok........you are maybe right i don't know about this things but i looked at their offical websites:
SE, Sony, Carl Zeiss and i didn't find anything related to se and c-z lenses,
i'm going to mail se and ask em if this is true but as i said i very much doubt it
take a look at c-z website and you will see that they are a very specific company that does only extreme quality optics......

Pininfarina is some kind of a manufacture.
They design products which is some kind of service they do for other companies.

Like Carl Zeiss, they make lenses for other companies even if the companies could make their own lenses for their cameras or whatever.
This is some kind of service to other companies as well.

They are both experts at their things and therefor they are hired by companies.

One of the funniest thing I've ever read. Do you really thing the toy camera, even 1.3 meg, of any mobile phone is a real camera?

Do you know what is a Carl Zeiss lens? That is a proffessional optical lens already. Sony only uses Carl Zeiss lens for its very advanced cameras, such as CyberShot DSC-F717 (5x zoom/5.2 meg) or higher. Even the real digital camera like my CyberShot DSC-P72, 3.2meg, does use only normal Sony zoom lens. Same to Sony video cameras.

A webcam-like camera in those mobile phones doest not need a real lens, even a small hole could do the job well. If they would produce a "mobile phone" with a 0.6-kg 10x-zoom lens that makes proffessional photos, then that mobile phone would have a Carl Zeiss lens.

Silly thing! You should know what you want to tell first.

and he has got a point carl zeiss make one of the finnest lenses on the world, I mean only few companies use them, like hasselblad which is on of the most profesional camera manafacturers on the world, and he is correct even sony doesn't use carl zeiss lenses on their medium quality cameras, take a look at f828 and a p12, both are from sony but only the semi-profesional uses carl zeiss lense,

and as i said before i too think that this thread is just a big pile of bullshit, a guy is claiming that se uses c-z lenses, and when you ask him how did he found out that, he says:
