Is the v500 out yet?

I have heard that the release date for the motorola v500 is 14th november and now everyone has it featred on the internet from the 14th of november but it is out of stock everywhere! and i mean everywhere! whats the deal? why have they got it on websites but they havent got it in stock! like www.phones4u.co.uk on the 13th november i couldn't find the phone anywhere on their website but on the 14th i could but they where out of stock!
Can someone tell me what is going on!:confused:

Don't know about V500, but V600 has been pulled.. Current release dates are start of january or end of january...

But then again, that might change next week yet again..

Same here dude (i started the last post) i cant find it n e where, argos have also just pulled it out of the new catalouge...so...=shrugs=

Not sure about V500, but the Vodafone version V525 is available now.

i have found out why its not available! argos have got the wrong date! its next week when it comes out. I strongly recommend that evryone who wants to but it but it at www.phones4u.co.uk its there but nit released and you can take it back if you don't like it unlike argos which exclde it from their 16 day money back garauntee
I'm going to go to the shop next and ask for a demo as well

the difference between the v500 and the v525 is the vodafone live menu and that the v525 is not an mp3 player but the v500 is?!

None of them are,.. Not even V600.. Yes they can use mp3 as ring tones, but they're not mp3 players..

If you want that you should go for XDA II, Qtek 7070 or whatever..

If you want a small clamshell with mp3 wait for dbtel m8..

rajalabubu, what about the v600. Do you know if that is also out in phones4u? So can i go and try the v600 (or v500 or whatever) out in phones4u right now??
