Nokia 6600 PIM Sync

All,

I keep my contacts, todo, calendar etc on my iPAQ 3970 (i.e. with BT). How would I sync all these with my 6600 to put them on there?

You could send each item via Ir or BT but this would take ages.

Or

Sync the Ipaq with outlook the sync the 6600 with the same outlook. This would bring all the info from one to the other.
