Changing Signature?

Why is it not possible to change the Signature?

I can understand why you do not see it in the forum itself, but why not give
the user the option to change it just for its own profile. So that people can
check that and know more about the users on this forum.

My signature is quite old now. I would really like to change it, but I cannot do
that.

Can the moderators please give some explanation for that.

Another question is about why we do not use the WYSIWYG Message Editor
Interface or advanced interface.

Last question is why the Nokia 8800 banner is still on top of the forum. Why
not make a direct link to the homepage of M-R or to a new review :confused:.
