Then there are really no reasons to buy the ugly N-gage if you can play the same games on Nokia 6600.

But do the games run smooth or does it run slower than already slow n-gage?

So now I don't know more...

n-gage does have special graphic chip. Without it, it won't be able to do 3d graphics like tombraider or tonyhawk on such small(?) device. I'm guessing 6600 can only run 2d games

Yes, we're testing Sonic on the 3650, works like a charm just get used to the buttons.... But we have an N-gage too so thats silly anyways. :-)

No, N-Gage does not have a special Graphics chip. It has 32-bit RISC CPU based on ARM-9 series @ 104 MHz. The 6600 has the exact same CPU. The 6600 actually has 2 MB more flas memory :) BUT, it uses Symbian 7.0 with Series 60 interface. N-Gage uses Symbian 6.1 with Series 60 interface.

SORRY! please explain.. isnt Ngage games are on the CARDS that u put into the device to play? ...so then how come 6600 can accept the card? hum? anyway...if its not like that..then how and from where i can find Ngage games for my 6600 ?

u can copy the content of the card using a .rar file. just by extracting it to the root directory of your mmc and it works fine...

so there should be a N-GAGE first and u copy the card's content to its MMC and then take out that MMC and change it with 6600's MMC ? ...hum, so i assume then we can find the games which are already coppied from the Card in the internet.. isnt it? also, then whats the use of N-GAGE when u can play them in 6600...

hum...do u know any sites that offer those coppied games? or any info about it? thanx

I read somewhere in the links above they were on MIRC.

maybe someone that got it already can host them here.

Man this news made me interested in buying the 6600,
I am still considering e700, neonode, or p900 :) but this gave a + to the 6600

I'm in the same situation as you Vince.

Very tempted by the 6600.. just need to actually hold one and have a play with it I think to be convinced.

Copying files from one game card (mmc support) to another mmc will not make the game play. It's like making a direct copy of a cdrom PC game. It needs to be cracked. If anyone wants I can get the cracked full game Tomb Raider for N-gage.

About n-gages games being played on the 3650, 6600 and / or Siemens SX1, I am not sure about this. But I think that the n-gage is nothing but a 3650 fliped to the side. There's no 3d harware on it or else when nokia relliesed ngage they would say it has a 3D harware instead of saying that is has 3d graphics. On this case, side does not matter. It only depends on the processor being capable of calculating the 3d coordinates.

Someone said + to Nokia 6600 I fully agree with those people who said it...
Though I'm a Nokia hater, I like the Nokia 6600 better for everyday.
