Because here in my country have a good price... and seems are 12 mp..... i think something is wrong... :confused:

I need some one advice.... if the features are good.... or not

None of them are 12Mp, look at the sensor info, that is the real resolution, the higher one is just using software to blow the image up, no point at all. I'd avoid these cameras as any camera I have seen that scales up pictures like that turn out to be pretty bad.
You probably dont need more than 3Mp anyway, most people don't :)

Well a friend of mine says that is not 12mp beacuase is interpolated so is only 6mb...

Yeah, they are inperpolated from 6Mp etc.
To get a decent camera it will have to be from a good brand, and idealy it soundsike you would need and SLR. Have a look at www.dpreview.com

MP size is not as important as Lens maker and Lens Specs

Well, lens is just as important as sensor in terms of image quality. Get a good brand, you won't go far wrong :)
