auto focus?

i have a casio ex-z4 camera, and it has options for mult-point & spot for the auto focus. which one is it best to have it set to for better pictures?

It depends what you are taking a picture of. Say you are taking a shot of a flower if you set spot it will use what ever is in the very centre of the shot to focus on, if it is a more complex scene where you want to get as much in focus as possible use multi. The Multi is probably better for day to day use. :)
