I'm not into the digital photo printing and it really confuses me.

For example. I've shot a picture with my K750i in 2 MP mode - 1632x1224.
When I open it with Microsoft Photo Editor and go to the print window I see this:

The thing that confuses me is the 100% it says. Is it normal that a 2MP photo is that small in 100%? I always thought that a 2MP photo could cover up at least an entire A4 a 100%.

This is from 5MP photo taken with. At 100% it looks like this:

I find it really strange, because if this is 100% and I want to print it on a A4 full size, the picture should get unclear, because you have to zoom.

I've printed some pictures from the K750i and from my digicam in full size A4 and they are sharp, so there doesn't appear a unclearness. But it is zoomed, cause the screenshot says 100% on a not full size A4.

Can somebody explain it to me?

Depends on the DPI (Dots Per Inch) of your printer.
The more DPI you have the smaller your pictures will be print.

Could you share those links/tips with us?
I'm about to print my first k750i photos on my Canon printer.

Yeah, that´s right, don´t give me any credit for labouring in the middle of the night, even crashing mweb6161´s computer in the process, in the effort of investegating your problem ;)

ThreeX, How couldn't I mention your name! What a shame :)
Thanks for your mweb6161's computer crashing 33 Mp photo which clarified also a lot :D
