The Moto V series is probably the only ones that fit your requirements, and not even all of them will. Check out the V5xx series, they seem to be the cheapest bluetooth flip phones.

Moto V635 and samsung E720 are your top choices but their prices are around US$350.
V5xx series are just as good except they come with inferior cameras and less memory (much less :D).
