Already posted some info in Mobile Review on RSS (http://www.mobile-review.com/forum2/showthread.php?t=27555) but thought this needs a different thread.

Mobile Review on PodCasts for sure it'll be a huge hit, with maybe a live audio stream as well. Mobile Review has got great content and people can discuss reviews in depth.

Basically its about great content first and foremost, and in our case it could be various mobile enthusiasts listeners discussing mobiles and the technolgies that are used. You could also invite officials from Nokia and Sony Ericsson about future technology and product developement discussions and maybe people could call in on show using Yahoo! Messenger 7 (http://beta.messenger.yahoo.com/) (which is full duplex now) or Skype.

Technically in a nutshell its:
1. Recording an audio file in MP3 format.
2. Uploading it to an online fileServer.
3. Using RSS and adding pointer information for that MP3 wthin its header.
4. Advertsing so you have an audience of course via syndication or podcast sites

Basic Tuitorial from Start a Podcast (http://howto.blogsome.com/2004/12/24/how-to-podcast/)

1. Creating a Podcast

This tutorial will teach you the very basics of what Podcasting is. Firstly I will teach you all you need to know about recording, the next step will explain RSS feeds and lastly how to get listeners.

Other tutorials to be covered will be how to subscribe to podcasts, sound problems you may enounter and also a tutorial on how to podcast from your mobile phone.

2. Recording

First and foremost you need to get recording equipment, this can be a digital voice recorder, a minidisc recorder, a mobile phone or even from your iPod. Decide how many people will be appearing on your show, if there?s more than five sound quality will be effected because not everybody will be heard at the same level. In this case try to get an external microphone that connects to your minidisc recorder.

3. RSS

This part compiles of uploading the MP3 file through ftp to your web server and placing it in a RSS file. If your using a blog like Wordpress or Movable Type it may include your MP3 in an enclosure tag automatically, if not or if you update your own RSS feed, type in the following line just after your description tags: <enclosure url=?http://your mp3 location? length=?133329″ type=?audio/mpeg?/>

3. Advertise

So you have followed the above steps? Now all you need is some listeners. Firstly take a trip over to audio.weblogs.com and add you RSS feed there. A great deal of podcast directories currently exist where you can add you feed for others to glance upon or even subscribe to.

Personally I feel if we align our selves with TechPodCasts.com that will suit our interests more, A more tech saavy listner base
