I think this is the right section for this. I can't think of one more appropriate anyway..

Right. The time has come for me to put a new head unit in my car, and get rid of the factory stock installed one.

I only have a budget of £100, and so far I've narrowed it down to the Sony CDX-R3350, or the Kenwood KDC-W4031.

I basically need 4x50W output, an output for the subwoofer I have, support for CD-R and MP3, and it needs to look good. The colour theme for the inside of my car is black and red, and I'd like a head unit that complements that.

Any ideas? This is the first time I've ever bought one, so I don't really know that much.

lol. I do like the design of the Sony. It's got a cool flap/flip thing (the silver one at the top), that you pull down to reveal the slot for the CD that has a red LED backlight, and the LCD display is clear and easy to read, I saw it today in Halfords, and they want £179.99! Thank god for Pixmania. :p

Anyone else have anything to recommend?

Get a 15inch Rockford Fosgate Subwoofer you won't go wrong when it comes to bass. But you need a really good Amp if you want sucess.
