views on Kyocera Finecam SL300R [Archive]

hi, i'm looking to buy a small, compact, not bad looking camera with half decent functions. I have seen Kyocera Finecam SL300R for £99.99.
the main features of it are 3mp, 3x optical zoom and 1.5 inch display.
Has anyone used one of these and if so whats it like?
Anyone think im getting a bargain?

Got the new camera now. didn't get the one mentioned, got the sony cyber-shot dsc-p73. Havn't really had a chance to play around with it yet as the batteries are having their long first charge. seems nice though, a bit on the bulky side, at the same time isn't too heavy. i like it, i'll keep you posted with my views on it once i had a mess round with it.

You'll love it, I have the dsc-p72, which rocks :D. Have fun playing with it and tell us what you think :)

cheers:D yeah, i just put some old batteries in, but obviously didn't have enough time for a propper play around. i think its magic so far, so easy to use! i connected it 2 the T.V which was simple and the quality wasn't bad. 1 thing that surprised me was the brightness of the flash!

yeah, just a bit, my mother works in an electrical shop so she got a discount. retail its £250
