The ipod mini, as everyone knows.. Has been upgraded to a longer battery life, better colours, cooler click wheel and the choice of 4GB or 6GB

However, i know that there are more differences that this but not sure what they are

can anyone tell me, as well as everyone else who wants to know but hasnt asked, what ALL the differences are?

What advantages
What disadvantages

The same, but slightly darker. Silver, blue, green and pink. They ditched the gold one.

This doesn't exist... + W800 needs a long time and costs much more than the iPod mini :)

i have the 40gig ipod its great its not that much bigger than the mini

Karim, yet..... ;) but the w800 is a far few months off at the moment, it supports upto 4gb, Sony will hav these on the market soon, not just for phones but also PSP.

i had the green ipod mini and it was amazing! it would be good to use a phone as an mp3 but wouldnt it be really!!

thats good, because my contract runs out! but ive got the sony nw-hd3 now because my ipod broke!! so i dont think i will be needing an mp3 phone!

well anyway.. i thought there were a few more differences like the type of music that it can play and also some other details

im not interested in a new phone and
ALSO
the thing is.. even though getting an ipod will mean one extra thing to carry around, i will have better battery life on both..

imagine youve been listening to your handphone mp3s for about 2 hours.. then you desperately need to make a call, to cancel tuition or call an ambulance BUT to your horror.. YOUR PHONE BATT IS FLAT.. therefore it would result in wasted time and money as well as a possible death

yes yes dramatic i know but i think its better to have one dedicated device each
besides.. having 2 branded things like nokia AND apple would be really cool too.. heh heh..
that along with my LV bag, guuci wallet and zara clothes.. I WISH :lol:

one of the reasons the new mini is cheaper is that there is no power adapter and no firewire cable. add the cost of those in and you start getting back to the cost of the 1st gen mini.
