if thats what you want, forget any of the above and get my all time favourite model. not only does it satisfy your criteria more closely than the above phones, but you will also save a lot of money.
if you're in europe, get the v500

Functionalities of the Organizer
allows unlimited(up to the amount of memory) number events. allows events to be recurred as follows:
-daily
-weekly
-monthly on date
-monthly on day
-yearly
when setting an event in the calendar, you set:
-title
-start time
-duration
-date
-repeat (see above about recurrance for detils)
-on/off alarm
Real autonomy (standby/talk)
200 hours stand by time
6.5 hours talk time

Profiles to customise phone tones
allows one's own mp3's for calls, sms, answerphone, data calls, alarms, instant messaging.
the phones above only allow you to have your own mp3's for calls.

Alarm, Picture Id, GPRS, WAP, JAVA, PC Synchronization (Outlook), vibration Alert, camera.

why would Joao want to spend more money on a phone that doesn't satisfy his/her criteria anywhere near as well?

BrightSpark,
K500 is suitable for him.
JAVA , GPRS , WAP , Easy Sync , Alarm , Camera , .... with more features. ( like mp3 playback,SE UI,easy to use,..... )

the k500 doesn't allow recurrent events in organiser, doesn't have any more mp3 playback ability than the v500 does, only allows calls to be used for one's own mp3's, has a greatly inferior display to the v500 (notice how many of the requirements are visual: WAP, GPRS, games, picture ID).
the k500 doesn't even have bluetooth.

From the 3 you've mentioned, the K500 is the best one but like BrightSpark said the v5xx-series has identical features with more advanced organiser functions.
But dont get the v500, that's old. Get either the v535,v545,v550,v547 or e550 depending on your network.

ahh yes, but it doesn't matter if its old or not. if it does the job better and at a cheaper price and with better quality in many of its important features, then i don't see why age is an issue.

i personally think that all the latest V5XX are a useless addition to the motorola range. apart from the odd tweak(eg having vibe and ring at same time, call/end keys being the same as on other brands, allowing skins in the UI, etc), there is no practical advantage of buying one of the later V5XX. other than the odd tweak, it only has video record/playback over the v500, yet having to pay more than double the price. i just can't see the point of them having video record in the first place other than to look better on paper - the processor is too slow, the memory is non expandable and is limited to around 8M, it has limited record duration and is not full screen. so, like i say, the v500 is just so much more practical.

The best organiser is the one in the M65.

You have a very nice Calendar with month, week or day view. There is space for 1000 appointments and tasks and they can be made in the categories Memo, Call, Meeting, Voice memo, Birthday or Holiday. Each category has its own icon. You can use reoccurrence for appointments. Notes is another organiser feature. You can make normal notes or confidential notes. Confidential notes requires the phone code to be accessed. In the calendar setup, you can set start time of day, start day of week, weekend days and enable/disable birthdays to be shown. The alarm clock is for your morning wake up and can be enabled/disabled for the weekdays you like. You don't want to wake up 6 AM on a Sunday do you? The standard utility applications are included, like calculator (Basic and Extended mode), unit converter, stopwatch and countdown. Among the more advanced features you will find Remote Synchronization, which let you sync the Calendar, Contacts, Notes or Tasks with your PC, over GPRS.

ok, you win on the organiser :D. the v500 hasn't the above. the start day of the week needs a seem edit to change it, and the average user won't want to do that.
