Pocket PC Phone vs Smart Phone

Hi, I wanna buy the Pocker PC Phone but would like the one that got smaller screen aot size than O2. Did anyone know any new pocket PC phone like this?
Oh by the way, what is the difference as a whole between pocket PC phone and smart phone?

The Handspring Treo range are a really good thing. The Treo 600 is on its way. It's pretty ugly but it's small and got heaps of features. The Palm Tungsten W (I think) also has phone facilities. I think a good one to wait for is Motorola's A760. It has an operating system based on Linux, so it's more open than the Palm or Symbian systems.

From what I know, a Pocket PC phone, is like a PDA with phone facilities, whilst a Smartphone is a phone formost with some organiser and advanced editing functions. I guess its what side of the fence you want the device to perform on.
