How can I change T-Mobile MDA Operating System

Hi;

I have a T-Mobile MDA pocket pc. But its operating system's language is german. And I can't use it. I just wonder how can I change it's operating system to an English operating system. Everybody saying that; the operating system is located on ROM and it can't be changed but I know people who had made it.

Secondly,stupid question,but why don't you ask the people you know that have changed it?
