Has anyone realised that the forums loads so slowly sometime?

I tried in on my laptop and desktop with 512k and 1mb connections and i still have these huge slowdowns sometimes when i load each page.

Is anyone else experiencing the same thing? :rotate:

For me, it's the same as it was before.
Maybe my connection is already slow and I haven't noticed the difference :)

I had the same problem. This most due to the Vbulletin engine than the server itself. Vbulletin has very bad performances and its database inflates very (very) quickly... There are better PHP scripts on the market today. For exemple Invision.

Try refreashing your page, sometimes this might help ( press F5 by default )

last night was just horrible! I'm on 8Mbit and other sites were fine last night, so there shouldn't be any problems...

Same here (especially last night), and it´s NOT the connection itself, visited using everything from .5 - 100Mbits and it doesn´t matter.

Esato is always faster, but they do have a different BB-engine and maybe hardware/server too, but last night was ridiculous.. like a tortoise with arthritis :(
