Inside the 9300-Rumor-Thread Delphi postet this:
msav, you need to wait for the Z107 or Z110 later this year for BT.
What are these Phones?
Google-Results give me only Links to asian Sites which i can`t read :(
Has somebody some information about these two new 3G(WCDMA)-Phones?
Any Pre-Release-Pictures?

don't know much, but i believe they're the next phones in the z1xx clamshell line by samsung, with the z107 being an updated version of the older phone z105, and the 110 a new phone.

i just know that z110 has a qvga screen TFT LCD with 262k.
But I don't know much about the camera
This will be exclusive for Europe. So we can't see these info in Asia.
Z110 says "1.0 megapixel camera" on the hinge. It pops out the side and rotates like the E850 (?)
Are you sure it has a QVGA screen sunystory?
Not even the S2300 has QVGA..
I'm not doubting Delphi's quote either, but I'm pretty sure the Z107 doesn't have BT.
Ed, it's QVGA as Vodafone PR said.
Most high-end phones launched in Europe will have QVGA from now on. Apart from S60-based ones, which are unlikely to ship with new Feature Pack 3 until H2 2005
sebset, do you have a link, or did you speak to someone?
www.connect.de has a news article on the new VDF 3G's, in german, but you should be able to get the specs
On the VDF homepage you'l find pics & spec-sheets for download in the co-news section

Ed, yes, i am sure that it has a QVGA TFT LCD with 262k color
I found it in many german websites. But I didn't know that it was 1.0megapixel camera
That's something cool

Nice phone,this Samsung z110...Stereo speakers,mp camera...
Is the camera cmos or ccd? No BT,no mp3 ringtones (why?) and rs-mmc (why not mini-sd?,it's faster,isn't it?)....
Otherwise very nice looking...

ilprincipe, it seems to be 1.3megapixel cmos though... samsung doesn't have a 1.3megapixel ccd. They have it for over 2megapixel ccds...
But you don't have to be disappointed, because cmos has made a really long development..

it's pretty surprising for a cmos to have this quality. This is taken by SCH-V540, which is a 1.3megapixel cmos camera phone.

I think it's better than gx30...
I hope Z110 implement the same cmos sensor here!!

@ilprincipe
Samsung is using MMc because the build them by themself, no need to buy something from another co.!
@sunystory@hotmail.com
It will be better than GX30, cause the sharp camera was only 0,982 MP sold as a 1MP Phone and the Samsung has the real 1MP = 1,2936 MP Camera Quality.

mediaslaves, samsung recently developed new generation MMC card 1000 times faster than conventional MMC memory chips. I think that's why they are implementing into their phones. They still make use of flash memory, but in a decade or so, flash memory market will be replaced by other new technolgoies...:(
Thanks for ur comment. And also good pictures of it
